For 20 years, Griffith LSA has represented the law students of Griffith University’s Gold Coast campus. Griffith LSA was established within months of the Griffith Law School commencing classes on the Gold Coast and has never looked back.

Since its inception, we have strived to provide GLS students with innovative ways to connect with the profession and their fellow students. Griffith LSA organises social events, education seminars, competitions, publications and more to assist students in making the most of their time at university.

The UQLS is a student society that has become an integral part of the Law School at The University of Queensland. Founded by former Chief Justice of Australia Sir Harry Gibbs in 1937, we have a long and proud history of fulfilling the academic and extra-curricular needs of law students and the broader UQ community.

Since that time, the UQLS has sculpted the educational experience of jurists like Patrick Keane AC, to notable public figures like Dame Quentin Bryce AD CVO, and to outstanding social citizens like Out for Australia CEO Luke Furness.
