Notice is given that the annual general meeting of the Robina Community Legal Centre Inc. is to be held at Bond University, Law Faculty on 25 July at 4.00 pm.
Agenda: As required by the Associations Incorporation Act, including
- To receive for adoption the association’s financial statement, and a statement signed by the association’s president or treasurer under Section 58B of the Associations Incorporation Act, for the period 1 July 2013 to 30 June 2014.
- To elect members of the management committee (including the election of the president, secretary and treasurer).
- To vote on proposed changes to the association’s constitution as per the draft downloadable here.
Any person wishing to stand for election must comply with the relevant rules of the Association and legislative requirements. A nomination form is available upon request from the Association.
