Another kind benefactor has enabled RCLC’s pro bono publico legal services: Grace Information and Records Management.

Grace has generously donated a security destruction bin free of charge to our community legal centre (we pay destruction costs only).  Confidentiality of client records and other material is of primary concern to us at RCLC and we know that we’ll be in safe hands with Grace.

Grace Information & Records Management places strong emphasis on security and confidentiality.

Grace maintains the security and integrity of your information by not subcontracting our delivery services. Each new staff member at Grace is properly screened with background and work reference checks, including a police criminal security check, and completes a Company Confidentiality Deed as part of their employment terms.

All Grace facilities maintain a high level of site security. Grace sites may be enclosed within perimeter fencing, which at some sites includes electrification. Sites also have intruder-resistant barriers, closed-circuit TV and 24-hour monitored back-to-base alarms. Access to storage areas within the facilities is controlled and limited only to staff who have a need to work in the different storage areas as part of their work function.

When a document’s life cycle is approaching its end, Grace will seek authorisation from you to destroy the article. Our destruction processes include shredding to ASIO Category 4 accreditation, pulping and recycling, where possible.

Certificates of Destruction are issued upon request to clients to verify the completion of the destruction process.

We can also destroy documents not stored or registered with us, which includes collection by Grace staff in a secure vehicle and transportation to our premises for safe destruction. Grace can provide your business with locked destruction bins or secure document bags for one-off destruction projects or an ongoing scheduled service.
