Anna Morgan is an Associate in Maurice Blackburn’s Queensland practice, based in Southport on the Gold Coast.

She is passionate about of the pursuit of justice and is dedicated to assisting clients to achieve solutions and outcomes through pursuing their legal rights and remedies.

Anna has practiced in insurance and commercial litigation for over 12 years and has litigated in a range of courts including Queensland’s Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and District Court, the Federal Court, the High Court of Australia and the High Court of Hong Kong.

Anna has a particular interest in disputes over Wills and Estates, claims against professional advisors such as financial planners or insurance brokers, and other areas of plaintiff law.

In addition to her work at Maurice Blackburn, Anna is an Adjunct Teaching Fellow at Bond University where she has authored and lectures the Masters subject Expert Evidence and Dispute Resolution.

Anna is also a committee member of the Gold Coast District Law Association and a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
